November 22 – Former U.S. President Obama revealed a short story that took place 10 years ago in his new memoir A Promised Land published recently: the then president volunteered to be his youngest daughter Sasha O Bama) The “guest” coach of the primary school basketball team was complained by Sasha’s parents and had no choice but to quit.
According to the Capitol Hill, Obama wrote in his memoirs that around 2010, Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama went to Westville Friendship Primary School in Washington, D.C., where his youngest daughter Sasha was to watch a basketball game, to “poison” Sasha’s basketball team. Come on, Vipers. After the game, Obama and Reggie Love, an assistant to the Duke University men’s basketball team, soon decided to assist Sasha’s team in practice.
“After watching a few ‘cute but messy’ games, Reggie and I decided to take the team for an informal practice Sunday afternoon. We practice very basicly, such as dribbling, passing the ball, making sure that players tie their shoelaces before playing. Those little girls seem to be as happy as we are. Obama said that when the Vipers won the Intercollegiate League championship 18-16, he and his assistant celebrated as happily as winning the NCAA final.
However, Obama said, “The following year, some parents of the Westwell Elementary Basketball team began complaining to the ‘Viper’ coach and the school, and Reggie and I have not trained the children again since then.”
“We once explained that our approach was nothing special, just to spend more time with Sasha. We also have shown our willingness to help other parents carry out their training. Obama said in his memoirs that he missed a lot of time with his daughter because he was busy with his official business for many years, and he cherished his days as an ordinary father.
