According to the Chosun Ilbo report, 12 days after the family program that Zhang participated in was broadcast, Zhang called the kindergarten and told the kindergarten that A needed to go to the hospital that day, and then Zhang sent his biological daughter to the school and set off with A in his arms. hospital.
The CCTV screen of the community showed that A was already unconscious. A was pronounced dead 8 hours after arriving at the hospital, but Zhang stated that A had no abnormalities until the morning.

The police stated that in this case, Zhang used his feet or heavy objects to press A’s back, which directly caused A’s death due to internal organ rupture.
