According to the Russian satellite network, a fire broke out in an oil depot in the Russian Belgorod Oblast bordering Ukraine on the morning of April 1, local time. Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Belgorod Oblast in Russia, said that the oil depot fire was caused by two Ukrainian helicopters.
Gradkov reportedly said that two staff members were injured in the oil depot fire and nearby residents were evacuated. Gradkov also said that the oil depot fire was caused by two Ukrainian helicopters, “they entered Russian territory at low altitude.”
At present, Ukraine has not yet responded to this.
