A man threw a bottle of flammable explosives at the home of Ihor Zhovkva, deputy director of the Ukrainian presidential office, in the early hours of the 22nd, Russian satellite news agency reported. Police said there were no casualties.
reported that the perpetrator is a 25-year-old man, no permanent residence and work. he claims to have found jobs on a job search website, where clients asked him to set fire to them, gave him addresses and targets, and promised him $4,000 in compensation. the client’s motive is not immediately clear.
