Indonesian media reported on August 20 that a motorboat in Indonesia’s East Java province sank near the Masalumbu and Bawyn Islands in the South Dream Sea off the province at around 16 p.m. on August 14. Three crew members were rescued and eight others remain unaccounted for.

According to survivors, the ship sank because of a ruptured propeller tube.
