April 29 2021 the Italian Prime Minister’s Office announced on social media that the national economic recovery plan was approved at a cabinet meeting held that night and will be submitted to the European Commission on the 30th.
In addition to the economic recovery plan, the government has passed a decree setting up special funds for investment in key areas such as digitalization, aerospace science and technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, and infrastructure construction, according to a communique issued by the prime minister’s office.
In addition, the Cabinet Meeting approved the extension of a series of decrees and regulations, including the continued use of flexible working in the public administration until the end of 2021, but the removal of restrictions on the flexible working of at least 50 per cent of personnel.
