Russian presidential press secretary: Ukraine’s revision of Minsk agreement is a dangerous signal

Russian President Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday that Ukrainian President Zelenko’s proposal to amend the Minsk agreement to invite the United States to join the talks on Ukraine is a dangerous signal. Peskov said amending the Minsk agreement would mean the end of the agreement.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelenko said in an interview with the Financial Times that the Minsk agreement should be revised to broaden the scope of the negotiating parties and invite the United States to the “Normandy model” talks.
