Azerbaijan President: Azerbaijan has no military plan in the border area with Armenia

April 13th local time, Azerbaijani President Aliyev said in a speech that Azerbaijan currently has no military plan in the border area with Armenia.

He said that although Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached a ceasefire agreement, many problems left over from the border conflict between the two countries remain to be resolved.
