April 8th, local time, Germany’s number of one-day vaccinations hit a new high.
According to the statistics of the Robert Koch Institute of Disease Control and Prevention in Germany, about 720,000 doses were vaccinated throughout Germany on April 8, of which about 325,000 were completed by clinic doctors.
So far, about 4.8 million people in Germany have received all two doses of vaccine, accounting for about 5.8% of the total population, and about 12.2 million people have received at least one dose of vaccine.
In response, German Federal Minister of Health Spahn said that it is impossible to set new records every day, and the production and delivery of vaccines will also affect vaccination efforts.
