On the 22nd, the Parliament of Georgia voted 89 in favor and 2 against, passing a vote of confidence by the new Prime Minister.
According to the official website of the Georgian Presidential Palace, President Salome Zulabishvili has signed a decree appointing Gari Bashvili as the country’s prime minister.

Gary Bashvili, 38 years old, was the Prime Minister of Georgia from November 2013 to December 2015, and was appointed Minister of Defense in September 2019.
