According to the information released by the Guinean National Health Security Agency, as of the 22nd, the number of confirmed cases of Ebola in Guinea had increased to 17, of which 5 died.
On the 14th, the Guinean Ministry of Health confirmed the Ebola outbreak in Nzérékore Province.
This is the second Ebola epidemic in Guinea after five years.
From 2013 to 2016, three West African countries, including Guinea, had an Ebola outbreak, killing more than 11,000 people.
