February 16th, local time, the official account of the United Nations Children’s Fund released a message calling for attention to the child labor problem in Gambia.
According to statistics, about 25% of Gambian children between the ages of 5 and 17 are currently child laborers, and these children’s education, health and other basic rights may be seriously damaged.
