February 10 On the evening of February 6th, local time, firefighters in North Carolina received a call that a restaurant was on fire and smoke.
When firefighters rushed to the scene, they found that the restaurant did not catch fire, but the restaurant’s employees were cooking 10,000 chicken wings for the order for the next day’s Super Bowl.
According to Fox News on the 9th, employees of Ronnie’s Pizza in Clemens, North Carolina, said that on February 6, a driver called a fire alarm when he saw a mass of smoke coming out of the restaurant.
Shortly afterwards, the Louisville Fire Department clarified in a Facebook post that the restaurant was not on fire, saying that “We arrived at the scene and found that although the situation seemed serious, it was actually the restaurant’s hardworking employees preparing about 10,000 chicken wings ordered for the Super Bowl 7th game.”
Later, the restaurant thanked the fire department and wrote on social platforms, “The fire department makes sure everything is fine.
We provided them with food, talked and joked together and took a picture together.”
