The “perpetrator” of five cars crashing on the Australian highway is a koala.
February 10th – According to Australia’s “Business Insider” and the Associated Press on the 9th, on the morning of the 8th, local time, on the southeast highway in Adelaide, Australia, a koala tried to cross the highway, causing at least five cars to crash.
Police said that the car accident caused many minor injuries and the koala had been rescued.
After the accident, two drivers got out of the car to check the accident and found that the “perpetrator” was actually a koala.
A woman named Nadia Tgerwell picked up the koala with her coat and took it back to her car.
She took the koala to a nearby gas station, which was “active but not grumpy”.
Upon arriving at the gas station, the koala climbed to the front seat of the car, and Tigwell took some pictures of it.
Tgerwell said that she had previously helped animals who strayed the road.
She called the Adelaide Koala Rescue Agency and helped the koala safely release it into the wild.
The koala was not injured, said Ann Biggum, a volunteer at the rescue station.
The koala was in good condition and was lucky not to be hit.
Thanks to the kind-hearted people, it was safe and sound.
