According to a report by the Bulgarian National News Agency on the evening of February 8, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Donchev said through social media platforms that he had received notice that he had tested positive for coronavirus nucleic acid on that day.
At present, he does not feel obvious discomfort himself, and has entered a state of self-isolation and telecommuting.
As of February 9, Bulgaria has a total of 228,849 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
On October 25 last year and January 27 this year, Bulgarian Prime Minister Borisov and Vice President Jotova were diagnosed with the novel coronavirus, respectively.
At present, they have all recovered.
