February 7th A miniature wedding venue in New York, USA, has recently opened, providing Las Vegas-style fast wedding ceremonies to replace large wedding venues that have been forced to close due to the pandemic.
The wedding venue, which covers an area of 500 square feet (about 46 square meters) in Manhattan, opened in January, according to the New York Post.
Veronica Moya, the owner, said: “This is a great choice for those who want to save money to have a wedding, and it is also a wonderful experience. It’s only a block from Central Park, where they can go for the most gorgeous photos after the ceremony.”
It is reported that such a miniature wedding venue can accommodate up to 14 guests, separated from the bride and groom by glass doors so that they can swear without masks.
Last week, Bernadette Manicdao and Isaac Pitre became the eighth couple to marry here. At the wedding, 10 people wore masks, Mannicoda wore a knee-length white skirt tight dress, held a bunch of roses, and bent his father’s arms through the petal-stretched aisle.
“We want a church wedding, we want that vibe, and here makes me feel the same,” said Manido, a 30-year-old nurse.
The mini wedding venue, called Love Chapel, is reportedly charged $200 for a two-minute wedding for four people and $400 for a 10-minute wedding for 14 people. =
