February 6th, Iran unveiled the latest shoulder-to-aircraft missile production line, and the Iranian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Bageri, Defense Minister Khatami and others attended the ceremony.
Bageri said that only a few countries in the world have mastered advanced production technology of shoulder-held anti-aircraft missiles.
This production line is one of the short-range anti-aircraft missile production lines with unique significance in the region, using advanced modern lasers and other optical technologies for guidance and control.
According to the introduction, this missile has a range of about 5 kilometers and can hit different types of targets at different speeds.
At present, it has passed relevant tests.
Iran also unveiled a compound solid fuel production plant on the same day.
It is said that the fuel produced by the plant helps to improve the range and speed of surface-to-surface missiles, anti-tank missiles and anti-aircraft missiles.
