January 27th local time, the first batch of Chinese-made coronavirus vaccines ordered by Morocco arrived at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, Morocco, from Beijing.
The Moroccan National Vaccine Commission evaluated the novel coronavirus vaccine developed and produced by China National Pharmaceutical Group.
It believed that multiple clinical trials had proved the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine. The committee’s experts agreed to issue it a certificate of use.
It is reported that after completing all the technical preparations for vaccine reception, the vaccines will be shipped to vaccination centers throughout Morocco.
At present, various preparations have been made at Morocco’s vaccination sites and will soon begin nationwide vaccination.
