IOC President Bach: Encourage countries to vaccinate athletes

Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee, recently held a conference call with the Olympic Committees of various countries (regions) to discuss the final stage of preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Bach specifically mentioned that the International Olympic Committee will cooperate with the national (regional) Olympic committees to encourage and help athletes

Officials and other interested parties to vaccinate in their respective countries (regions) before going to Japan to participate in the Olympic Games.
