Morocco continues to extend the national curfew for two weeks.

The Moroccan government announced on the 19th that in order to fight against the coronavirus epidemic, a two-week curfew will continue to be imposed nationwide from 9:00 p.m. on that day.

The Moroccan government said that the decision was based on the latest situation of the epidemic, mainly because of the more infectious variant novel coronaviruses in some countries around Morocco.

According to the Ministry of Health of Morocco, the country has confirmed the first case of variant COVID-19 infection.

At the same time, Morocco announced that it would temporarily suspend personnel exchanges with four countries: Australia, Brazil, New Zealand and Ireland.
