According to a report by Korean Radio International on January 19, the Korean Railway Commune (KORAIL) said that from the 19th, the pre-sale of train tickets for the Spring Festival will begin for a three-day pre-sale period.

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, this year’s Spring Festival continuous train tickets are only pre-sold through online and telephone reservations and other contactless methods.

In addition, the railway commune only sells window seats, and only one of the four companion seats of KTX trains sells tickets for one of them.

On the 19th, only the disabled and the elderly can book tickets through the official website and telephone.

From the 20th, the pre-sale target will be expanded to the whole population.
