According to AFP Washington, Washington police said that a man armed with a large number of weapons was arrested at a security checkpoint near the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to enter the security area where President-elect Biden will hold his inauguration next Wednesday (20th) with forged documents.
The Washington, D.C. Superior Court has confirmed that the man is Wesley Biller of Virginia.
According to the report, during a routine inspection of the security checkpoint in Biele on the 15th local time, they found that the body of his light truck was pasted with rifle images and more radical slogans, and found a variety of guns, more than 500 bullets, magazines and other weapons in the car.
Subsequently, the police arrested Biller on charges of possessing unregistered firearms and illegal possession of ammunition.
