The U.S. House of Representatives released the final version of the draft of impeachment of President Trump on January 12 local time. The draft is entitled “Imeachment of President Donald John Trump for Serious Crimes and Misconduct”.
The House of Representatives will vote on the independent draft on the 13th local time.
The draft reads: “This behavior of Donald John Trump shows that if allowed to remain in power, it would be a threat to national security, democracy and the constitution, and his behavior is seriously contrary to self-management and the law (which the president should have).
Therefore, Donald J. Trump should be impeached and tried, removed from office and disqualified from any position in the United States that enjoys honor, trust or profit.”
