January 7th – According to the New York Post and NBC on the 6th, a man was stabbed outside the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., and several police cars and ambulances rushed to the scene immediately.
The incident occurred on the night of the Washington, D.C. riots, according to the report. The man was still aware and breathing on the way to the hospital.
Washington, D.C. police confirmed in a tweet: “The knife-wieling incident at this place is under investigation, and no information about the suspect is currently available.” U.S. media said that law enforcement departments were already very busy that night.
On January 6th local time, a large number of Trump supporters besieged the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., and triggered riots.
Among them, a woman wearing a banner in support of Trump was shot and died after being sent to hospital.
The Washington Police Chief later said that three other people died of illness during the congressional riots that day.
