January 6th, Trump supporters who demonstrated outside the Capitol clashed with the police. Some demonstrators broke into the Capitol, and lawmakers were forced to retreat.

According to NBC, law enforcement officials said that one person was shot and injured by law enforcement officers in the Capitol. Police begin to evacuate Capitol office workers as demonstrators continue to protest on Capitol Hill
· At 3:35 p.m. on the 6th, Vice President Pence tweeted that peaceful protests are the rights of the American people, but what happens on Capitol Hill will not be tolerated, and all those involved will be held to the greatest extent of legal responsibility.
According to the Associated Press, all 1,100 guards in Washington, D.C. were required to stand by and sent to the city’s armory. Guard forces will be used for checkpoints and other similar tasks to help implement the 6 p.m.
curfew imposed in the city tonight. The mayor of Washington, D.C., issued a 24-hour curfew, effective from 6 p.m. on the same day.
According to Bloomberg, Trump ordered the National Guard to go to Capitol Hill.
The Federal Defense Agency and Secret Service have been sent to Capitol Hill, and congressional police have been photographed confronting with guns in the building.
According to Reuters, the video shows that Congressional police have deployed tear gas and armed guns in the building, and the joint congressional meeting confirming the electoral votes and election results has been interrupted.
· At about 2:45 p.m. on the 6th, according to ABC, demonstrators broke into the first floor of the Capitol, Congress was forced to blockade, and members of Congress evacuated urgently.
