According to the report, the establishment of the Senior Public Officer Crime Investigation Office aims to promote the reform of the power, especially the prosecution reform.
Kim Jong-ts will be appointed after a congressional personnel hearing, and the Investigation Office will be officially established in January next year.
Born in Daegu District, Kim Jong-jin graduated from the Department of Archaeology of Seoul University. After passing the judicial examination, he was appointed as a judge in 1995.
Since 1998, he has worked for the famous Korean law firm Kim Cheung Law Firm for 12 years. Since 2010, he has served as the Constitutional Research Officer of the Constitutional Court, and then served as Director of the Secretary of the President of the Constitutional Court, Research Officer of the High Constitutional Court, International Judges, etc.
