military, 198 active-duty soldiers were killed and 157 aircraft crashed; from 2019 to 2020, non-combat flight accidents caused 26 active-duty military personnel to die and 2 Nine planes crashed.
The United States believes that the main reason is that the funds are tricky, epidemic prevention is not effective, and delivery is often lagging behind.
