Kabul, December 22 Afghan police confirmed on the 22nd that a bomb attack occurred in the capital Kabul that morning, killing five people and injuring two others.
In a telephone interview with Xinhua News Agency, a spokesman for Kabul City Police, Ferdaus Faramaz, said that during the morning rush hour, a car was bombed in the 7th police district in western Kabul.
Four of the dead were doctors working in Precharshi prison in Kabul.
The police have begun to investigate the attack.
At present, no organization or individual has declared that the attack was carried out.
Recently, attacks in Kabul have occurred frequently. On the morning of the 20th, an explosion occurred in Kabul’s 5th police district, killing 8 civilians and injuring 15.
