December 20th local time, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that U.S. Congressmen have reached an agreement on a $900 billion coronavirus relief bill to provide funds for the government and provide long-term coronavirus relief.
It is reported that the coronavirus relief measures will include a new round of small business assistance through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), unemployment benefits of $300 a week, $600 in stimulus payments to adults and children in the United States, and more funds for school coronavirus testing and vaccine distribution.
