December 14th – On the 13th local time, U.S. President Trump tweeted that White House staff should be vaccinated against the novel coronavirus “late” unless there is a specific demand, saying that he has asked for an adjustment.
He also wrote that he did not have a vaccination arrangement at present, but he would be vaccinated in due course.
According to Reuters’ previous reports, sources said that Trump, Vice President Pence and other senior U.S. officials will receive the newly approved coronavirus vaccine from the 14th local time.
CNN and The New York Times quoted White House officials and people familiar with the matter as saying that senior White House officials will receive some of the first coronavirus vaccines in the United States, ahead of the general public.
