Suicide attack on the head of Zabul Provincial Council in Afghanistan
On the 29th local time, Ata Jan Haqbayan, chairman of the Zabur Provincial Council of Afghanistan
And three other people were injured in a suicide attack.
The incident occurred in the provincial capital of Karat, when Haqbayan had just left home for his office, according to relatives of Haqbayan.
At present, no organization, including the Taliban, has yet claimed responsibility for the explosion.
