The ship has a maximum submarine speed of 20 knots, a navigation speed of 37 kilometers per hour, and can carry up to 50 crew members. It will play a central role in enhancing maritime combat effectiveness. In addition, the ship is equipped with six vertical ballistic missile launch tubes, like the No. 1 boat “Shimayama An Changhao”.
