On the 14th local time, the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan announced that according to the decision of the Special Committee of Uzbekistan, the mandatory COVID-19 testing procedures for entry personnel at Uzbekistan’s airports, railway stations and border checkpoints will be cancelled from March 15.

At the same time, a new entry requirement will be implemented, that is, from March 15, personnel entering Uzbekistan must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.

Among them, land entry personnel can be tested at the testing department of the border checkpoint without proof, and negative results will be allowed to enter the country.

At the same time, the Special Committee of Uzbekistan will publish a list of testing institutions.

From March 25, only those who hold negative nucleic acid tests issued by designated testing institutions can be allowed to enter the country.

It is reported that each country should have at least 10 testing institutions.
