US star Ryan Cruze sets a new world record for men’s indoor shot put

In the early morning of January 25, 2021 Beijing time, good news came from the first game of the American Athletics League Series held in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States:

Rio Olympic men’s shot put champion and American star Ryan Cruze set a new world record in the men’s shot put room with a time of 22.82 meters.

The original world record has been held for 32 years, set by Randy Barnes of the United States on January 20, 1989, with a time of 22.66 meters.
