May 15 2021 Juliet Touma, director of UNICEF’s Middle East and North Africa Regional Liaison Department, said more than 30 schools in the Gaza Strip have been damaged by Israeli shelling and there are no schools in Gaza, which will certainly affect children’s education, Russian satellite news agency reported Friday.

Since 10, the Israel Defense Forces and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas)-led armed conflict in the Gaza Strip has erupted. Militants in the Gaza Strip fired more than 2,000 rockets at Israel, killing seven Israelis and wounding more than 100 others.

A spokesman for the Gaza Strip health department informed on the 14th that Israeli air strikes and shelling killed 126 Palestinians and injured 950 others, including 31 children and 20 women.
