Police Commissioner Dan O’Shea said on the 27th that there was no relationship between the suspect and the victim in the case. The suspect was detained minutes after the police arrived at the scene.

He tried to hide his identity and hid two weapons, which were found by the police. O’Shea said that no police opened fire while interning Webb. The investigation is still in progress, and the surveillance camera captured most of the pictures at the time of the crime.

Weber joined the U.S. Army in 2008 and is currently assigned to the 3rd Battalion of the 7th Special Forces (Airborne) stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, according to a statement from the United States Army. The statement said that he was on leave at the time of the crime.
