U.S. Federal Court of Appeals Dismisses Trump Team’s Litigation in Pennsylvania

Nearly 100 U.S. congressmen advocate the removal of Trump

On the 27th, local time, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, rejected the Trump campaign’s lawsuit against the Pennsylvania voting process.

Biden had previously been confirmed to have won Pennsylvania’s electoral vote, which received about 80,000 votes in the state than Trump’s, but the Trump campaign believed that Pennsylvania had experienced large-scale electoral fraud and demanded the state’s certification of Biden’s victory in a lawsuit.
