Typhoon Huangao fell in Philippines killing one person

At 11 pm on November 11, the National Meteorological Administration of the Philippines

announced that the typhoon “Huan Gao” made landfall near Patnanungan, Quezon, Luzon in Philippines at about 10:30 pm.
