According to reports, a local police spokesman said that a sticky bomb placed on a pickup truck exploded in central Kabul, killing two Afghan policemen on the spot. In addition, one civilian was injured in the explosion.

The spokesman said that there were two more bomb attacks in Kabul that day. Among them, one bomb attack on the police in the western region injured two security personnel; another explosion occurred in the city without casualties.
