The hit-and-run driver then escaped.

When the police, traffic police and ambulance rushed to the scene of the second accident, medical staff confirmed that the man had died on the spot.

Police also said that shortly after arriving at the scene of the second accident, the driver of the first hit-and-run car had surrendered and admitted that he had escaped after the collision.

The police then tested him for alcohol and drugs.

At present, the police are still investigating and arresting the escaped driver of the second hit-and-run car.
