According to a CNN report on December 5, the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals recently rejected the appeal of conservative lawyer Lin Wood’s attempt to overturn President-elect Biden’s victory in the Georgia election, which became the Trump camp’s general election defeat. After the election, a series of legal challenges lost again.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit stated that it supports the district judge’s previous ruling that Lin Wood is not legally qualified to sue the results of the Georgia election. In the state, Biden defeated Trump by about 12,000 votes.
