Trump asked supporters to peacefully protest, “Don’t use violence!”

by YCPress

January 6th, U.S. time, U.S. President Trump tweeted one after another, calling on supporters to peacefully protest.

Trump first tweeted, “Please support our congressional police and law enforcement. They are really on the side of our country.

Keep peace!”

About 35 minutes later, he tweeted, “I demand that everyone in the U.S. Capitol maintain peace.

Don’t use violence! Remember, we are a party that advocates for law and order – respect law enforcement officials and the great laws of men and women in blue. Thank you!”

CNN’s previous live footage showed that a large number of Trump supporters broke into the U.S. Congress, including Vice President Pence, and the U.S. House of Representatives personnel evacuated urgently.

Congressional security even drew guns and confronted the protesters across the door.
