January 27 Tallahassee, the capital of Florida, in the southeastern United States, was hit by a tornado on the 27th.

The local airport was damaged and closed for a time. Thousands of users lost power.

According to the news released on social media by the National Weather Service and Tallahassee International Airport, the tornado appeared at the airport at noon that day.
