January 2nd local time, the spokesman of the Greek government Passas said that the Greek government plans to reopen schools in Greece on January 11 to allow all students to usher in a new semester on campus.

Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth start of the new semester, Greek Prime Minister Mizotakis announced a series of stricter epidemic prevention restrictions before the start of the school year at the meeting on that day.

Specific measures include that from January 3 to 6 a.m. on January 11, Greece will temporarily close all retail stores allowed to open during the New Year holiday, such as retail stores and bookstores, hairdressers and nail shops that provide the “online ordering-offline pick-up” mode; temporarily close churches; temporarily prohibit fishing and play.

Hunting and other outdoor activities; the curfew is changed from 22:00 to 6 a.m. the next day, and from 21:00 to 5 a.m. the next day.

Passas also said that the government plans to open schools, churches and retail stores at the same time on January 11, but must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and safety measures promulgated by the government.
