According to local Afghan media, citing police sources, there were three car bomb attacks in the capital Kabul on the morning of

February 10, local time, killing three people and injuring six others.

It is reported that at about 8:55 local time, a car was attacked by a magnetic bomb in the fifth police district of Kabul, killing the police chief and his two security personnel on the spot and injuring two others.

Earlier in the day, a similar attack occurred in Kabul District 2, injuring four people.

There was also one bomb attack on the police that did not cause casualties.

So far, no organization or individual has claimed to have caused these three attacks.

February 9th local time, unidentified armed elements opened fire on a car in Kabul’s Fifth Police District, killing four government officials in the car.

Bombing attacks occur frequently in Afghanistan, most of which are mainly aimed at Afghan government officials, police and security forces.
