There were two explosions in Yangon, Myanmar, and there were no casualties

At 4:45 a.m. local time on May 2, an explosion occurred in front of a police station in the town of Lai in Yangon, Myanmar, causing serious damage to several vehicles and a fire, after which a large number of military and police arrived at the scene.

At about 8:30 local time, an explosion occurred at the junction of Jundo Road and Vakala Road in Yangon’s Shoichi township.

There were no immediate reports of casualties in the two explosions. At the same time, no group has said it is responsible for a series of recent bombings in Yangon. Myanmar police are currently investigating the bombing.
