February 13th, local time, New York City Police Department officials reported at a press conference that several passengers were stabbed on several subway lines in the city, killing two people and injuring two others.

As a result, the police department will deploy an additional 500 police officers within New York City to patrol the subway system.

It is reported that the first attack occurred on the morning of the 12th, when a 67-year-old man was stabbed by a man at the 181st Street subway station and was sent to hospital for treatment.

On the evening of the same day (12th), another adult man was stabbed in the neck and other vital parts on the A subway, and then declared dead.

In the early morning of the 13th, a 44-year-old woman in a coma was found on a subway line at 207th Street subway station in Inwood.

She was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital and died of ineffective treatment.

Also in the early morning of the 13th, the police received another call to find a 43-year-old man stabbed at the 181st Street subway station.

After treatment, his condition is now stable.

Police said that after the preliminary investigation, three of the incidents seemed to be related, and the current focus of the investigation was on the possibility that all four injuries were committed by the same suspect.
