Racist threats of violence against Asians and Asians, physical harassment and bullying of school children continue.
The Committee calls upon the State party to unconditionally reject and condemn all forms of racially motivated violence and urges the States concerned to take measures to prevent acts of racial discrimination against Asians or Asians.
The Committee condemns discriminatory statements, particularly by official and public figures. The Committee calls for the necessary legislative and administrative measures to protect the human rights of Asians and Asians.
In addition, the Committee urges all parties concerned to increase tolerance and mutual understanding through educational programmes and to put an end to any acts of racial discrimination against Asians or Asians.
