According to Iran’s Mayhr News Agency, Rahimzad, deputy commander of Iran’s Khatami Ambiya Air Defense Base, said on December 12 local time that all regional and cross-regional military movements, including U.S. B-52 bombers, are monitored by Iran more than 150 kilometers away from the border.

By the way, they are under the supervision of Iran’s air defense base all the time.

Rahimzad said that the airspace is one of the national red lines set by Iran.

The enemy has experienced it before, and Iran will make a tough counterattack even if it has suffered the least airspace violation.

The Hatami Ambiya Air Defense Base monitors and analyzes the movements of different types of drones and aircraft, and implements appropriate plans by analyzing enemy behavior.

According to the New York Times, on December 10, two U.S. B-52 bombers took off from Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana for the Persian Gulf region.

The two bombers returned to the United States after flying about two hours in the air near Iranian airspace, flying 36 hours.

According to the report, U.S. military officials believe that the purpose of the mission is to deter Iran and prevent Iran and its “proxies” in the Middle East from launching attacks on the U.S. military presence in the Middle East.

On November 21, two other U.S. B-52 bombers completed a mission along the same route.
