February 9th – According to American media, a 6-foot (about 1.8 meters) wide house in the United Kingdom, which is considered “probably the thinnest house in London”, is currently listed online for sale at a price of 1.3 million US dollars.
According to UPI on the 8th, real estate agent Winkworth said that the 1,034 square feet (about 454 square meters) house is five stories high and only 6 feet (about 1.8 meters) wide.
It is located in west London and is comparable to the living area on luxury yachts.
The single-family house, which started as a hat shop, was later converted into a residence by fashion photographer Jürgen Tehler.
According to the report, the interior of the house is indeed narrow, but it has a narrow aisle, and the living room, kitchen and bedroom are all available, and you can look at the back garden from the balcony.
The “skinnest house” dates back to the late 19th century, and was originally a Victorian hat store.
